7 Layer Bar Recipe

Need to bring a dessert to a holiday gathering this season? I love this one! I grew up eating 7 Layer Bars. They are gooey and chocolately and buttery... Yum! For this recipe, I used all plant-based ingredients. The secret for the goodness is the sweetened Coconut Condensed milk you can find at the grocery store or health food store. For you locals, I picked mine up at Meijer!
7 Layer Bars

9 crushed graham crackers (choose GF Grahams if needed)
½ cup hemp seeds
½ cup liquid coconut oil
Pre-heat the oven to 350° and pre-bake crust for 7 minutes in greased 9x13 in pan.
Layer these ingredients in order:
1 cup pecans
½ cup cacao nibs
1 cup chocolate chips (choose organic or Enjoy Life brand for dairy free)
1 cup coconut (I used the chipped flakes)
1 tsp sea salt
1 can condensed coconut milk
Bake for 17-20 minutes, cool completely before cutting.
